Unfortunately, it is unsupported. Unlike other languages, Arabic is RTL (from right to left) and that makes it technically difficult at present.

In case you want to add Arabic, you can type it into the notepad in Windows or Microsof Word, then copy-paste it (Ctrl+V) into Designer Studio.

Printing is complicated process which we mainly depend on customer data. Another common issue is the color variation that happens from RGB to CMYK conversion. To make things short, we are working hard to represent the best printing quality with our professional staff and system. If you find the print is highly important, we recommend you to have sample prints. 

Refund or reprint is not possible unless it is clearly due to our mistake.
